Fixed Guardrail Systems

Fixed guardrails eliminate the hazard of falls from height and is a perfect solution for keeping workers safe whilst working at height regularly. This is the preferred method of fall protection should working at height be unavoidable as they eliminate the risk of unprotected edges.

The system is suitable for multiple users at any time, requiring very basic working at height training, making it the ideal solution for regular and long duration maintenance at roof level. Working at height regulations make clear that where working at height is unavoidable, collective measures like fixed guardrails ought to be used to increase safety standards on site and protect the entire team.

The system can be fixed to various different substrates such as standing seam, composite and built-up roofs. This roof guardrail system minimises space on the roof compared to freestanding guardrails so is ideal for when roof space is an issue or to bring a current parapet wall up to correct height standards. Fixed guardrails are a permanent installation solution that can help those in the construction industry or those who carry out regular tasks at height.

Fixed guardrails, as well as any fall arrest system used for Work at Height, must be inspected and compliance tested once every 12 months. All of our fixed guardrail services comply with BS EN 13374-2013 - Class A, BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016. We work hard to guarantee your workers safety.
