Testing & Inspection - Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Flexible – Home or Office
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00, Friday, 08.00 - 16.00
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience plus performance-based bonus. Regular company incentives.
Responsibilities:
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
Pipeline & Account Management using sales CRM.
Reporting to the Sales & Estimating manager.

Excellent customer service skills.
Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements.
